Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch it within 2-4 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 7-12 days, depending on your location and local carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, peak seasons, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website. If your tracking hasn’t updated after that, contact us and we’ll look into it.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If we can’t deliver to your address, we’ll contact you to arrange a solution or a refund.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You’ll receive tracking for each package.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, as we may not be able to change the address after dispatch.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
